The 2025 Interlopers Orienteering Club AGM (actually its Fiftieth!) will be held on Thursday 18 September 2025 at 7.00pm, in the Balfour Suite, Charwood Bar and Restaurant, Fairmilehead.  All club members are very welcome and are encouraged to come along as a club social opportunity.  The AGM will be followed by a meal around 8pm for those who’d like to stay or any members who’d like to join in but weren’t able to make the business part of the evening. 

See below for the Agenda. An important item will be the election of new committee members, given that several are standing down this year. New faces are always welcome!  See the flyer below for more information on several particular roles, and brief summaries of the responsibilities of the Office Bearers can be found in the Club Constitution.

If any member wishes to have an item included in the Agenda for this Meeting, please notify the Club Secretary (John Barrow) in good time, to enable a Final Agenda to be made available at the Meeting.   Please let John know if you plan to attend for the meal (pay for own) and menu choices.
