Organiser Comments

Many thanks to all who came along to our middle distance SoSOL at Calder Wood.

Last year Storm Kathleen intervened and we cancelled late when forecast wind speeds increased to storm force. How different this year, a dry week leading to a sunny event day meant we got to enjoy Calder Wood at it's best.

Would like to say a few thank yous...

• The weather gods, very generous today
• Louise and Neil for their courses, glad to get the chance to make them happen
• Alasdair Pedley for bringing the map up to date
• Team Interlopers for the great volunteer turn out
• Kirsty Morrison, Countryside Ranger at West Lothian Country Parks for generous support in arranging permission to use the area
• Ged at The Pres Dec who kindly let us use his car park
• All the competitors and their many appreciative comments

Lost Property

There were a few things left at the end, anyone recognise them?
