Prestonfield Winterlope, Mon 13 - Sun 19 February
Second Winterlope of 2023 runs from Monday 13th - Sunday 19th February inclusive.
The second Winterlope of the year is at Prestonfield Golf Course,in the south of Edinburgh, planned by Katherine Ivory. Typical golf course terrain - short grass, slightly longer grass, and plenty of bunkers, copses and small bits of woodland to mix it up a bit. There's even a few peacocks and at least one cat to spot!
Courses
Maps are now available to download - courses should be run, after dark only, any time between 13th - 19th February inclusive. Thanks to Katherine Ivory for planning and Sarah Dunn for looking after the Maprun / SOA website uploads.

Instructions
Start location: by the Stables building to the left of the main house. There is an entry point to the golf course here.
Special notes: As ever, watch out for hazards including golf course equipment that might be out. There are some roped off areas for grass protection; look out for these.
