Scottish Score Championships, Vogrie Country Park - Saturday 9th November 2024
Welcome to the Scottish Score Championships at Vogrie Country Park on Saturday 9th November 2024 ...
Our event is based at Vogrie Country Park, Midlothian. The event is open to everyone to enter, and as well as the Score courses (how many locations can you visit in a set time period), will feature a line course (Yellow’ standard) of about 2 km as an enjoyable introduction to orienteering for beginners.
Entries are now closed. There will be EOD (entry on the day) for yellow only.
Please note:
- FINAL DETAILS (v2) now available (minor changes to start times section)
- There will be no start times for Yellow - just turn up.
- START TIMES (v2) for other courses are now available. Please do your best to be on time, ideally early, as we have a very large number of entrants on course 2 and will be starting competitors at 30-second intervals. If you have any problem with your start times, please contact Events. We will likely publish any revisions on Friday evening.
- Competitors may take part in the Vogrie Parkrun before their race but are expected not to stray from the ParkRun route. You must use the tarmac road (not the woodland paths) leading from the main entrance / car park to/from the Parkrun start and finish. You should not visit the cafe until after your run.
